Donation/Sponsorship Program Guide

1. Show Horse or Carriage show related events will be considered first.
2. Must be applied for at least 8 weeks before event
3. No cash donations
4. Applicant must fill out and sign application
5. Event will provide a complete mailing list of participants for event that is no more than 12 months old and email addresses with phone numbers will be included.
6. Must have valid mailing list before donated item is shipped. 
7. Freedman’s must be listed as a Sponsor of the event and include our name & Logo on the promotion along with show program and prize list.
8. Events on a International, National and local Kentucky level will be considered first
9. Things that will not be sponsored:
   
   • Political or Religious activities
   • Non-specific fundraising projects
   • Unrelated industries/activities
   • One off events that do not offer any opportunity to interact with customers
