Sponsorship of events that will be considered first are:
Saddlebred, Morgan, Arabian and Hackney breed shows and conventions related to them.
Carriage driving shows, combined driving events and conventions.
International, National and local Kentucky events related to the above industries.
Items are designed and designated for this sponsorship program
giving more value as they are not available for purchase.
Items may be used for fundraising for your event,
we suggest using them for silent auction, live auction, special awards or raffle events.
We have 4 levels of sponsorship based
on the size of the events mailing list.

Mailing lists must be received and validated before item is shipped.
Mailing list must be current (no older than 12 months)
Application must be received 8 weeks in advance of the event to ensure timely arrival of donated item.
No cash donations will be given.
We reserve the right to validate the list and to alter the program at any time.
